Alice Cooper: brutality show ( official) : New dvd from Mr Fournier, recorded in Uk in 2000 during the " brutal planet tour".Really good sound with many option ( DD, 5.1 & dts).U can note that Eric singer ( KISS) is behind the drum.Even if the time is here, Alice has still a correct voice ( for how many times, if u see his friend Ozzy in 2008), well good point these titles from 80's "feed my frankenstein" or "poison" ( i don't know why he plays always the same titles on dvd " no more mr nice guy etc....); well all the full gimicks are here ( with his daughter) and it's well done.The bonus (one video) are not interesting , but the show is sufficient to buy this dvd.
Alice Cooper -trashes the world (official video) 1989 : This dvd is highly recommended. Because the show is good, because it's for the "trash" tour ( an album with many hits such as "poison").The satge is not very big but the déco is correct ( big kit for the drummer), the image is clear, many cameras from all the sides. As far as work is concerned, nothing to say.Of course, some of u will find some gimmicks puerile, but just remenber we are in 80's.Nice set list "trash", "house of fire" ( a title which has had his day) but it miss many titles from "Trash", that's why it's not the best dvd of Alice ( too short ).
Aerosmith- Unplugged MTV : Not very famous, i don't know why? Nonetheless, i can advise that acoustic show in his full version.The image is not perfect ( taken from the almighty MTV) and the sound is lively.The beginning is very long, but after it's a real pleasure, it's moving, very bluesy, and Tyler has a voice which suit to this exercice ( such a big mouth !). Tyler plays piano on "dream on" , it swing more with "toys in the attic" ( but i really prefer the studio version). So if u want to see Aerosmith with a different eye, get it!

A perfect Circle- a motion : This dvd is sold with a cd bonus ( 9 remixes songs). On the dvd, u have 9 videos ( with subtitle in fench to explain us some concepts of the band). We can notice that the videos are very artistic.......and very professional.If u want to discover the videos u can buy this dvd without hesitation.

Alice Cooper- live in Detroit 87 : Recorded at Joe Louis Arena, Detroit , Michigan , february 13th 1987.The dvd has a menu and chapters.This is an audio cam. The show begins with" welcome to my nightmare" a famous intro isn't it ? The arena is full, big show , Alice with his whip, Kane Roberts with all his muscles, the smoke, beheading......The show was filmed from the right side of the stage.The quality is not top but it's a good legacy from this period;
Aventasia - bonus dvd : Just to remind u that Aventasia has released a nice digipack with a bonus dvd.U have a track by track interview by Tobias in the sutdio ( in english).The videos of " carry me over", with a nice story and they put money for the concept, good point. U have also the making of this video in music ( maybe better to have some explanation).The second videos ( german subtitle) is "lost in space" with nice spaceless decor. The dvd finished by two alternative version of "i don't believe in ur love " & "the toy master". So, to conclude, thanks to Aventasion for this edition. Very complete product.
Aerosmith- live 2007 in NY :
One of the last tv show from Aerosmith, this live TV show is very nice. Many cameras shot the show and the image is beautiful. The sound is very correct, the voice of Tyler is mixed little bit too much but this is good work , very professional.They insert video clip image "cryin'" to make more pro....Sometimes, u can see telepompteur (eat the rich) but it make it nice.....not too perfect.....even if Tyler is getting old, the enrgy is here;Joe has still is star attitude and lof plans show us his guitar.Just the drumer could be more crazy, aprt that i recommend the show.The set list show us lot of hits but aslo bluesy's passages.The menu is absent so u cannt chose songs...
Aerosmith- live in Largo :
Old concert from 1980.DVD without menu. A concert that begins with "back in saddle" , a Tyler in a good voice,follows by "mama kin".....A show filmed by many cameras for a professional result. The image is so so ( too much colors). Except that, it's a good show.Some can regret that Joe Perry was not there ( make a solo project " let the music do the talking) and stood in for Jimmy Crespo while he was away.
Aerosmith- live 2002 in Candem : DVD with a menu & chapters. Pro shot. The concert is nice, not excellent because the image and the sound could be just little bit better ( more power in the voice of Tyler and more micro in the audience), but it's a show to get from Aerosmith.The set list is terrible :"back in the saddle" "sweet emotion" "what it takes"( even if i prefer this song in studio' version),"dude look like a lady " ( from the excellent Permanent vacation) or recent stuff "pink".U have also guest on "walk this way " with kid rock and rap 's star Run Dmc....a final to see absoutely !
Aerosmith- live in Housto 88
Ace Frehley's- live 91 in Danbury : This dvd has no menu. The intro from "pulp fiction" show us that u are here to have a good evening. The image is correct ( don't expect too much ) but i know they are many fans around the world for Ace Frehley.The sound is lively (mostly for guitars ).U have Peter as guest who is not impresive.
Alice cooper- live 2007 : Audio cam . The image is good. Filmed by the left side not too far from the stage. The sound is distant but u can easily recognize the songs "no more mr nice guy" or "under my wheels" ( of course, u have heads in front of cam).............A show to see one time and too keep for diehard fans.
Aerosmith- live in Osaka '99 : Filmed in Osaka Japan, december 31 1999.That's why this concert was called "countdown in Osaka " just before the new century.....What a new year's Eve party !Big stage and big show with wide screen at the rear of the stage and more close to satge.The stadium is full. Great work from japanses WOWOW but the image is not at the top. So, it must have a better version. Nevertheless, i am happy to get it. 20 titles for 2 hours of live show...Tyler still amanzing, he suits to his reputation of being a entertainer, look at him with his pink's hat "pink", his tatoos on his shoulders ( two big eyes), it seems that the time hasn't a old over him (not like the rest of the bands.......).
